1) Services
We provide professional residential window cleaning. Scope, pricing, and timing are confirmed in your quote or order confirmation.
2) Scheduling & Access
- Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or by SMS.
- Please ensure safe access to windows (interior/exterior as applicable).
- If we cannot access the property as scheduled, a rescheduling or trip fee may apply.
3) Payment
- Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept major credit cards and other methods listed at booking.
- Late payments may incur fees.
4) Cancellations
Please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid cancellation fees.
5) SMS Messaging (Twilio)
By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive service‑related text messages (e.g., confirmations, reminders, updates). Messages are delivered via providers such as Twilio and are subject to carrier rules; delivery is not guaranteed.

6) Limitation of Liability
We take care to protect your property. We are not responsible for pre‑existing conditions or issues outside the scope of cleaning. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
7) Warranties
Services are provided “as is,” with workmanship performed to professional standards. No other warranties are expressed or implied.
8) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of our services after updates signifies acceptance.
9) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California (without regard to conflict of law principles).
